Privacy

The short version

We keep what we need to run your account and nothing we could sell. We do not sell data, we do not run ads, and we do not log into anyone's social accounts.

What we store about you

• Your email address, and your name if your sign-in provider gives it to us.
• Your workspace: its name, settings, team members and pending invites.
• What you do in Bangerfeed: the channels you watch, the videos you analyse, the analyses, scripts, personas, collections, automation rules and reports you create.
• Your credit history, so the meter is right.
• API keys, stored as a hash. We cannot read them back, which is why each one is shown once.
• Your Telegram chat id, only if you add it for the digest.

Public social data

Bangerfeed collects posts and profile numbers from public Instagram, TikTok and YouTube profiles, using a scraping provider (Apify). That means captions, view counts, likes, thumbnails and the public profile card. We only read what anyone can see without an account. If a creator makes their profile private, we stop seeing it.

This data is shared across workspaces, because a video's views are the same no matter who is watching. Your analyses, notes and scripts are yours alone.

AI

When you analyse a video we send its content and transcript to Google Gemini to produce the analysis. When you write a script we send your brief, your persona and the source analyses. We do not use your data to train models.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. They see your payment details; we see a customer id and whether the payment went through. We never see or store full card numbers.

Telegram

If you connect Telegram, we send your digest to the chat id you give us, through our bot. Remove the id and the messages stop.

Cookies

Two session cookies: one for your sign-in, one for which workspace you last opened. Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser, not on our servers. No tracking cookies.

Who else sees it

Supabase hosts our database. Vercel hosts the app. Resend sends the sign-in emails. Apify, Google, Stripe and Telegram are named above. None of them get more than they need to do their job for you.

Deleting your data

Email team@dazsidhu.business from your account email and we delete your workspace and your profile. Public social data stays, because it was never yours or ours to begin with.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, we email you before it takes effect.
