Terms
Last updated 27 October 2026. These are the rules for using Bangerfeed. They are short on purpose.
Who you are dealing with
Bangerfeed is a service of SOBR PTY LTD, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Using it means you agree to these terms. If you are using it for a company, you are agreeing on their behalf too.
Your account
You need a working email address. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what the people you invite do. Keep your API keys private and revoke any you think has leaked.
Plans and credits
- Every plan comes with a monthly pool of credits. Credits reset on your billing date and do not roll over.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between workspaces.
- Plan limits (channels watched, workspaces, refresh rate) are listed on the pricing page and in Billing.
- Paid plans are billed through Stripe in US dollars, monthly or yearly. Yearly plans are charged for the full year up front and still receive their credits month by month.
Fair use
Bangerfeed collects public social data on your behalf. Watch the creators you actually compete with, not the whole platform. If a workspace is pulling far more than its plan was built for, we may slow it down or ask you to upgrade. The API has rate limits; respect them.
The data
The public social data in Bangerfeed is for your own research and content planning. You may not resell it, republish it as a dataset, scrape it from us, or use it to build a product that competes with Bangerfeed. The analyses and scripts Bangerfeed generates for you are yours to use.
Do not be that person
Do not use Bangerfeed to harass creators, impersonate them, or copy their videos line for line. Study what works, then make your own.
Cancelling and refunds
- Cancel any time from Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- If you have not used any credits, you can get a full refund within 7 days of paying. After that, or once credits are spent, payments are final.
Changes to the service
Bangerfeed will change. Features will be added, some will be reworked, prices may move for new signups. If a change makes your plan worse, we tell you first and you can cancel before it applies.
What we cannot promise
Social platforms change their pages without warning, and the AI sometimes gets things wrong. Bangerfeed is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the problem. Nothing here removes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
Ending an account
You can delete your account by emailing us. We can close accounts that break these terms, with a refund of any unused prepaid period unless the breach was serious.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia. Disputes go to the courts of Queensland.
